**The Exciting Position**:
The Warehouse Coordinator forms part of the SharpLight Operations team and is accountable for performing related duties and carrying out responsibilities including but not limited to the following areas: Inventory, Logistics, and Warehouse management.

**Position Tasks and Responsibilities**:
**Inventory**
- Coordinating of inventory transactions of incoming and outgoing equipment
- Coordinating parts inventory and places POs when min safety stock is reached (i.e.. operations MRK materials, clinical, accessories)
- Conducting monthly inventory counts & audits
- Verifying that all equipment departing warehouse matches documentation

**Logistics**
- Overseeing all internal and external logístical operations & deliveries/shipments and assisting as needed
- Planning logistics priorities with Operations Manager
- Coordinating deliveries/ shipments with carriers/couriers, and completing all required documentation
- Coordinating sales orders for partners, deliveries
- Prepares all system skids for shipping to new partners and conducts final checklist
- Monitoring shipments in transit & ensures safe delivery
- Reviewing logistics invoices/ approvals

**Warehouse**
- Implementing & executing warehouse protocols, procedures and workflows in compliance with QA standard and Health Canada Regulations
- Managing daily safety inspection and overseeing the operation of a Semi Electric Walkie Lift
- Ensuring inventory is inspected and in compliance with QA standards
- Responsible for purchasing marketing materials/ warehouse materials
- Maintain warehouse efficiency, organization and cleanliness
- Ensure and maintain equipment/materials in warehouse are organized and arranged according to FIFO & QA principles
- Maintains information on Warehouse quantities, locations, damages etc.
- Prepares reports as required.
- Must follow GMP, Quality, and Health & Safety procedures

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in supply chain and/or inventory management or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain management, OR inventory management an asset
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing principles
