Sales Coordinator

**Makloc is seeking a detail-orientated sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting the Sales team, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.**
**Responsibilities (included, but not limited to)**:
- Sourcing new leads for Calgary and surrounding area
- Assisting to advance current leads through outbound calls and creative follow up;
- To use the CRM system/Pipedrive to track and record all sales activities;
- Supporting sales team: Assist sales and management by coordinating sales activities and handling administrative tasks
- Developing and maintaining filing systems as to maintain sales records, sales reports, etc
- General Administrative tasks
**Qualifications**
- Minimum two years experience in an administrative role preferably in sales or marketing;
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or a related field considered an asset
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (ex: Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience working with Pipedrive considered an asset
- Must be proactive, self-disciplined and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity;
- Must have a high degree of interpersonal skill which would enable the incumbent to deal successfully with clients, community and agency contacts;
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
