**Intellijoint Surgical** develops effective and easy to use products to enhance surgeons’ care and patients’ lives. Today, Intellijoint technology lives in the operating room helping surgeons improve implant positioning during hip and knee replacement surgeries. Our technology has been used in over 35,000 surgeries - helping us to gain real-world feedback from patients and surgeons to improve our products. We are seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to join our **Customer Service team** to help bring innovative technologies to the market

The Position*
The **Customer Service Representative** is a critical support role for Intellijoint Surgical’s commercial sales team in the US. To support the continued growth of Intellijoint, this role will be an addition to our new Customer Service team. The successful individual will have the opportunity to contribute to forging some of the procedures of the department. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with various internal and external customers to implement long-term solutions to common issues. The role will be involved in creating efficiencies through analysis and documentation, while playing a pivotal role in setting Intellijoint’s Sales team up for efficient growth.

Main Duties: *
- Support the day-to-day needs of Intellijoint Surgical’s US sales team by solving or troubleshooting issues that arise around: Salesforce activities, reporting, quotation, purchase orders, billing, contracts, vendor qualification, etc.
- An internal champion for the Sales team to ensure cross functional partners urgently respond to business-critical documents such as contracts and quotes
- Be a single point of contact for Intellijoint Surgical’s independent sales representatives to accurately input billing/order information and help to solve technical or troubleshooting issues with equipment orders or Purchase Order collection
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects; Assist in any additional team or organizational projects are required
- Create resources for the Sales team, in collaboration with the Marketing department, to help address common questions
- Respond to product availability queries ensuring continuity of information both internally with the Operations team, and externally to business stakeholders
- At the direction of the Sales team, manage account maintenance and data changes within Salesforce
- Working in collaboration with the Operations Coordinator, facilitate returns to the satisfactory conclusion of the distributor base
- Participate in the onboarding process of new sales team members

Skills and Experience to Enable Success: *
- Degree or diploma in Business, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role with customer service
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset
- Advanced experience with MS Excel to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data is highly preferred
- A sense of urgency to complete tasks to enable the best customer experience
- Able to work independently to organize, plan and prioritize competing needs and issues
- Recognizes when to consult with others on matters with broad implication and understands how decisions impact customers and markets
- Effective written and verbal communicator with various audiences
- A self-starter that values both small and large contributions to business objectives
- Continuous learner who enjoys keeping up to date with latest trends in technology
