Job Title: Agile DevOps Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our team at BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. as we embark on a journey to transform our organization using Agile methodologies.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in implementing Agile principles and practices, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient delivery of projects. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum framework activities, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Owners, and team members to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Your expertise in Agile values and principles will enable you to coach and mentor teams, removing impediments and ensuring progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum framework activities, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Owners, and team members to understand project requirements.
  • Coach and mentor teams in Agile principles and practices.
  • Remove impediments and ensure progress.
  • Coordinate with other teams for dependencies.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Agile Project Management Certification (PMI ACP) is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and group presentation skills).
  • Ability to conduct and facilitate meetings.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
