**Private Client Representative**

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of Private Client facing and administrative/clerical tasks across multiple areas of our business. Reporting directly to our CFO, the duties of the Private Client Dealer include providing support to the sales team, supporting the onboarding of our customers, and assisting in a variety of daily dealing and operational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting in document collection and submission for new customers
- Completing daily CRM tasks to ensure accuracy of data input
- Liaising directly with compliance team on any customer related requests.
- Organize and schedule appointments for executive team
- Must be detail oriented and comfortable making phone calls to existing and new customers.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience as administrative assistant or virtual assistant.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel primarily)
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfortable with customer outreach via phone
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College Degree

**Compensation Structure**
- Competitive base Salary
- Discretionary Bonus based on performance

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
