Métis Nation-Saskatchewan is hiring for a Digital Content Creative specializing in Video and Audio. Our team is a diverse, well-organized group and we are looking to hire someone who balances and brings an energy that complements our group. This position is in downtown Saskatoon and reports to the Manager - Creative Director within Storytelling and Content Services.

This role is part of the Storytelling and Content Services team. You will work in conjunction with the various teams at Métis Nation-Saskatchewan to deliver and share with our citizens important knowledge, government programs and services information, upcoming events, and Métis history. Our history has been traditionally oral in nature however, through creative video and audio productions, we can start sharing Métis language, culture, and history and preserve our stories for future generations. The Digital Content Creative will produce video and audio content for our video channels, streaming channels, and podcasting channels. You will work with designers and writers to enhance end products. This role requires working well under tight deadlines and a passion to share stories.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Key Stakeholders to develop, enhance, and deploy video and audio content for public, internal, and government audiences.
- Capture and craft stories in video, audio, and photography with a consistent tone, language, and substance.
- Help maintain our high level of brand awareness and accuracy.
- Work with the Creative Director and Stakeholders to help develop creative content.
- Capture, edit and deploy digital content for our channels.
- Work with special projects on content for our networks.
- Follow production and scheduling for video and audio production.
- Provide final files for content distribution.
- Maintain an archive of completed projects for recall.
- Other duties assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 - 5 years in video and audio production.
- Computer experience: Mac platform with extensive knowledge in the Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effect, Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. 3D experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn and grow with the Métis Nation-Saskatchewan through our shared experiences.
- Passionate about collaborating with the team on concepts and strategy and willing to jump into dynamic projects.
- Excellent English written and verbal communications skills. Knowledge or familiarity with Michif, French, Dene, or Cree an asset.

- Keen knowledge of creating contents for digital marketing, video, audio (podcasting), and social media.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently to all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated creative and strategic thinker with incredible attention to detail.
- Ability to take a project from the start to the finish line and genuinely enjoy engaging and working with colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and multitask within calendar deadlines and deliverables.
- Ability to work on site or hybrid.
- Ability to navigate an ever evolving, changing work environment.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must undergo a Criminal Record Check.
- Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have completed or willing to complete CPR certification.
