**General Description**:
The primary function of this position is to assist the Sales team with servicing the customer by way of: report generation & distribution, online set-ups, assigning contracts as directed, customer presentation prep, resource library management and other miscellaneous duties as required.
The primary goal of this position is to provide superior customer service to both the internal and external customers and help to grow sales revenue and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report Generation (scheduled and on demand).
- Build web profiles, assign web restrictions (cost centers, products lists) and create favorite lists.
- Resource Library/Premium Inventory management.
- Customer quotes as required (10+ items).
- Assist in the sending of Supreme LTRs.
- Discontinued product customer notification.
- Process sample requests.
- Process Marketing mail outs as required.
- Assist with all Sales order requests.
- Sales Admin Queue on rotation.
- Participate in Tender/RFP preparation as needed.
- Miscellaneous duties as requested by Manager.

- Ability to efficiently work both independently, and as part of a cohesive team, in a high volume and demanding environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills (ability to effectively deal with others - tact/diplomacy/courtesy).
- Capacity to establish, maintain and promote high standards of professional etiquette and superior customer service.
- Efficient and accurate keyboarding/data-entry skills.
- Ability to fulfill all physical aspects of job-related tasks.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Grade: 12
- Bondable
- Speak English
- All applicants must be legally able to work in Canada without sponsorship

**Preferred Will be given to**:

- Relevant Work Experience 1-2 years
- MS Excel Skills
- Sales Softwares (Such as Winsol.)

12 Month Temporary Position
