**Purpose**:
We are currently looking for a **permanent part time** admin front desk person to join our team. Your work week would be 2-3 late afternoons, with evening and weekend availability. We are a locally owned clinic, friendly and have a warm environment.
**Job Duties**:
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic.
- Gather and accurately document patients' personal and medical details.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Handle billing processes for clients and insurance companies, ensuring precise payment transactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Scanning & filing patient documents in the electronic medical records system as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Owner.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in computer use.
- Experience with Jane software is preferred, but we can provide training.
- Proficiency with medical office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred, but we can provide training.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, mature, professional, and a collaborative team player.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Friendly, approachable, and capable of staying calm under pressure.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
