**Position Overview**
Reporting to the Director of Communications and Community Relations, the Communications Coordinator is responsible for:
- Produce and validate infographics for internal and external clients.
- Web site (content/container).
- Social Medias
- Develop communication tools
- Produce the hospital's display material (poster, digital or other)
- Ensure the delivery of quality products that thoroughly demonstrate the hospital's visual identity.
- Participate in the development of branding strategies across the hospital.
- Develop content for several communication tools
- All other related tasks
HOURS OF WORK:
Regular Full-time
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with occasional evening availability to participate in events.
**Criminal Check**
As a pre-condition of employment:
- All new HGH employees will be required to obtain and provide a satisfactory Police Records Check dated within six (6) months from the date of issue.
- As of now, HGH will require all employees, physicians, learners, contractors and volunteers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in communications or related field. A combination of relevant experience and relevant certification may be considered.
Skills / Abilities
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills in French and English.
- Experience with web analytics and social media monitoring tools is a plus.
- Demonstrate analytical and synthesis skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage several files simultaneously
- Demonstrate great autonomy, versatility, resourcefulness and creativity
- Be diplomatic, conscientious and exercise good judgment
- Ability to work effectively and constructively in a team environment
