**Junior Administrative Assistant**

Low Murchison Radnoff LLP, an Ottawa law firm, is looking to add a **Full-Time Junior Administrative Assistant** to join our Real Estate and Office Services Team.

**Primary Duties Include**
- Open files, order searches, manage calendars, make appointments;
- Fax. scan, photocopy, file all correspondence in both hard copy and electronic formats;
- Preparation and delivery of invoices and accounts, reminder letters, payment of invoices;
- Updating records with changes in client contact and address information
- Office backup support to reception;
- Co-chair Joint Health and Safety Committee, including taking minutes, preparing agenda, inspections, manage updates.
- Other duties as required

**Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications**
- Experience in an office setting, however new graduates are welcome
- Legal assistant/Office Administration diploma/certificate is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying attention to detail
- Must have strong organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Professional and excellent interpersonal and client service skills
- Confident and dependable, with strong initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Excellent command of the English language is essential, and bilingualism would be a strong asset; and
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. You may be asked to provide proof of eligibility at the time an offer is made.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
