Position Overview

The Events & Experiences team within Autodesk’s Brand & Creative organization delivers world-class experiences that strengthen engagement and relationships with Autodesk. That includes events that are live, digital, and hybrid, from customer briefings and Autodesk brand activations to our flagship conferences.

Autodesk is seeking a highly energized Event & Experience Operations Intern to join our Brand Events & Experiences team. You will be responsible for supporting aspects of organizing, managing and overseeing event operations for our internal and external events, driving customer and employee engagement and satisfaction, and contributing to business impact. You will report to the Director of Operations, Events & Experiences

You Will:

- Assist with operational aspects of Autodesk’s internal and external events, including but not limited to supporting venue coordination, vendor management, registration, housing, transportation, and food & beverage logistics.
- Support gathering and monitoring event timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring attention to detail and quality execution.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to help create seamless event experiences, fostering an environment of collaboration and inclusivity.
- Provide on-site event support, helping resolve issues and ensuring smooth event operations while maintaining compliance with safety and security guidelines.

You Have:

- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, business, or a related field
- Interest in digital and in-person event operations, with a focus on planning and executing conferences
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
- Creative, customer-focused, and engagement-driven approach
- High emotional intelligence with a “best outcome” mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to travel for events and conferences

About the Canada Intern Program

The 2025 Canada program runs for 16 weeks (1/6 - 4/25/2025). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. Our internships align with Autodesk’s Flexible Workplace approach, which is designed to meet the needs of our business while providing flexibility in support of office, remote and hybrid work preferences.
