**Job Description**:
Business Operations Support Representative will be reporting to Director of Business Management in Equity Research department, accountable for the following responsibilities:

- Provide direct support to the Business Manager - Director, Equity Research
- Manage stationary orders for the group / office
- Manage travel accommodations for team
- Manage and process expense reporting for the business
- Input weekly timesheet, act as Time Administrator for the group
- Perform other administrative assignments as required
- Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
- Update and maintain internal procedural documentation
- Manage efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide a high level of administrative support ensuring quality service and professionalism
- Effectively manage and promptly respond to all incoming enquiries/requests for information independently or re-direct to the appropriate person/area
- Support the Head of Equity Research with any ad-hoc requests as required
- Prioritize and manage own workflow to ensure quality and efficiency (i.e., meet deadlines; be flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities)
- Take initiative to identify and recommend improvements in own job function, research and/or investigate issues requiring resolution
- Perform other administrative assignments as required

- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Professional with a strong work ethic
- Ability to take initiative to identify and recommend improvements in own job function, research and/or investigate issues requiring resolution
- Effective team player who fully participates, contributes to a positive work environment and is flexible in adjusting and changing work priorities
- Supportive of the team by continuously developing knowledge in own area
- Prior Admin Assistant or Office Management experience is considered as a strong asset for this role.
