**Job Requirements**:
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
The **Transportation Coordinator** plays a critical role in our Supply Chain process as part of our Transportation team, working alongside internal stakeholders, as well as customers and carriers across North America.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Work with contracted carriers to ensure operational objectives are met on a frequent basis
- Use various reports, systems, and tools to identify gaps that could impact upstream operations
- Become an expert in our TMS (Transportation Management System)
- Develop technical solutions to resolve business problems and suggest ways for improvement and efficiency
- Support internal stakeholders to source carriers and identify rates on new or modified developments
- Monitor overall freight and rail industry to assist with business decisions, as well as the evaluation of carrier metrics & KPIs
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- Post-secondary degree from either a University or College, ideally in Business or Supply Chain
- Minimum of 2 years of Transportation or industry experience
- Ability to leverage data to put together analytics and make business decisions
- Understanding of applicable computer and third-party systems such as: SAP, MS Office Suite, TMS, DAT Freight Analytics
- Bilingual (English/French) is required
