Executive Lounge Coordinator

An Executive Lounge Coordinator ensures the satisfaction of executive Guests throughout their stay at the hotel by responding efficiently to their enquiries and offering advice and information as requested.
**What will I be doing?**
As Executive Lounge Coordinator, you will ensure the satisfaction of executive Guests throughout their stay at the hotel by responding efficiently to their enquiries and offering advice and information as requested. An Executive Lounge Coordinator contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Support the execution of pre-arrival preparations, front desk and concierge services, and lounge operational support as needed in accordance with standards of performance.
- Ensure Hilton Honors members receive the highest attention prior, during and after their stays at the hotel
- Act as a personal liaison for all guests, taking personal ownership of their requests and following up accordingly.
- Assist with executing room reservation related processes
- Work cohesively in collaboration with the Concierge, Hilton Express, Room Reservations, Guest Reception, Housekeeping, In Room Dining, and Guest Services teams to ensure a smooth and opportunity free experience for all guests.
- Take personal ownership of Signature Floor: conduct personal reviews of public areas and back of house initiating and coordinating any corrective action immediately.
- Ensure that the Executive Lounge is attended at all times during operating hours.
- Liaise with all key departments, gather correct information preferences and ensure data is updated
- Review all guest incidents and ensure proper follow up is completed with the relevant departments
- Create daily and weekly reports highlighting upcoming member arrivals and in-house guests
- Coordinate guest requests with hotel approved vendors in accordance with departmental standards
- Manage projects and perform any other reasonable duties as required by Front Office Manager.
- Assist in the oversight and direction of Executive Lounge Attendants.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Hotel grooming standards.
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
**What are we looking for?**
Executive Lounge Coordinators serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Previous Front Office experience in the hotel, leisure
- Smart Serve Certification and Food & Beverage Experience required
- Calm, efficient and organised
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience in Executive Lounge in a hotel environment
- Multi-lingual
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs
- Previous experience with OnQ PMS systems an asset
