**You are**
- Relationship-focused, energetic, resourceful and results-oriented individual who thrives on accepting new challenges.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable on current and upcoming homebuilding trends, residential construction and reading floorplans.
- Someone who works well independently and as part of a team.
- A strong communicator with a proven track record in conflict resolution.

**You will**
- Be the main point of contact for homeowners from firm sale through to possession.
- Coordinate homeowner design-related appointments.
- Attend interior selection appointments with Interior Designer as administrative support to enter homeowner palette selections and optional upgrades.
- Review homeowner floor plans.
- Be accountable for proactively educating homeowners, setting expectations and delivering timely, engaging communications.
- Schedule and attend homeowner milestone appointments.
- Schedule and attend possession date.
- Adhere to and support Anthem Housing policies and procedures for both Calgary and Edmonton regions.
- Liaise with all internal departments, including Sales, Interior Design, Drafting & Design, Estimating, Construction.
- Maintain a positive ‘get it done’ attitude and be the trusted advisor for homeowners, navigating homeowner concerns and difficult conversations.

**You have**
- 1-2 years of progressive homeowner service experience or you have a passion for the industry with a strong customer service background.
- Previous experience in the residential construction industry (preferred).
- Newstar software experience (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and are extremely detail-oriented.
- The proven ability to maintain professional interactions.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

**NOTE**: This position is based out of our Calgary office and is requires 5 days in office.
