Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/ Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Manager/ Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare quotes and/or proposals using RFMS Software for all types of clients, ensuring proper details with materials required, descriptions, and notes, referring to customers' floor plans, descriptions, site measures, etc.
- Follow up on all quotes and proposals and Build client relationships, establishing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
- Finalizing sales and submitting POs.
- Helping other areas when staff unavailable - i.e.: Warehouse with forklift for deliveries or customer pick ups, receiving orders, sales, foreman.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to drive sales initiatives
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in technical sales or outside sales roles
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in account management and business development
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
