Project Manager

**Reports To**

VP of Operations

**Job Summary**

The Project Manager, under the direction of the VP of Operations, will primarily be responsible to drive process improvements within LifeLearn. This position will oversee project management to ensure effective milestone planning and timely completion of deliverables. The role will lead, manage, and monitor project resources through the project management platform. This role will be focused on the implementation of internal tools and improving efficiencies within the organization. This role will also develop and maintain constructive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including executive, corporate staff, management, employees, business, vendors, and community partners.

**Job Duties**
- Lead project teams from ideation through to completion
- Become certified in our Project Management Software and be the main point of contact for all internal support
- Deliver projects on time, scope, cost, and quality via standard project management methodologies
- Develop project documentation including project charters, requirements, plans, schedules, project updates, etc.
- Develop system training guides and workflows and from time-to-time lead training sessions
- Track project progress through project management and ERP tools to proactively identify and communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Identify and liaise with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to understand and communicate requirements and manage all requirements accordingly to ensure they are met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Manage the relationship with stakeholdersand vendor partners
- Manage and monitor internal and external project resources, together with resource planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Oversee various projects (both internal and customer facing) to ensure effective milestone planning and timely completion of deliverables
- Work closely with project leads and event managers to manage SOW’s, contract deliverables and timely billing coordination with Project Controller.
- Carry out change management and control throughout the life of projects
- Provide weekly project reporting to on project statuses
- Review labor absorption and resource allocations with management teams and identify resource gaps
- Lead integration of projects into platform

**Job Requirements**
- College diploma, University Degree, or equivalent with PMP certification
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and able to lead a project team in an enthusiastic and optimistic manner
- 4-5 years of project management experience managing medium to large-sized projects using established project management
- Able to link the strategic vision of the project and its contribution to the organization strategy to ensure value is being delivered.
- Strong organization skills including attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Manage competing demands and change approaches or methods to best fit situations while able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
- Proficient in MS Office Products, including Project Professional
- Knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft Project, SharePoint and SageIntacct is considered an asset (Experience with comparable tools required)
- Become and remain proficient in all programs necessary to perform the everyday duties of the position.
