**Your responsibilities**:

- Dealing with sensitive cases;
- Following up on your pending cases at the end of the day;
- Be patient and efficient;
- Be an ambassador and a team player.

**What you need**:

- Perfect command of spoken and written English and French;
- Ability to do several tasks at a time;
- Dynamism, diplomacy, and good listening skills
- Ecommerce experience (an asset).

Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
