Your role and responsibilities:
The role requires a highly motivated individual with strong troubleshooting, administrating, configuring skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with experience in various technologies and equipment.
- Handle incident response, troubleshooting and resolve the issues
- Create and maintain operational support documentation.
- Define user provisioning, de-provisioning, re-provisioning to various target systems.
- Driver development skills on NetIQ IDM Drivers Active Directory, SAP HR, JMS, Service Now, Loopback.
- Converting business requirement into driver policies.
- Good knowledge on Resource provisioning and Role Based Access Control.

We expect you to have:

- Excellent knowledge on Identity & Access Management Domain. Must have worked on these tools for at least 3 to 5 years.
- Experience in Novell eDirectory Administration/Support 9.X.
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
- Installing & configuring NetIQ IDM 4.7.x components.
- Hands-on in developing PRDs, User App customization, Java scripting.
- Good understanding in SailPoint Access governance technology, Novell Sentinel log manager products.
- Good knowledge on Resource provisioning and Role Based Access Control.
- Should have working knowledge of NETIQ IDM and OKTA.
- Willing to work in 24/7 environment.

- Skills on Java and JavaScript programming will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience on Sailpoint IdentityIQ
