Job Title: System Administrator



Nasdaq is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and support of our infrastructure.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform daily technical operations, including application management and support for all Nasdaq provided services.
  • Manage incidents for both internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to our services.
  • Install application updates and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and support of our infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in system administration, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on cloud computing and infrastructure support.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical operations and resolving critical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft IIS, Linux OS, Apache, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
