As our Sales Advisor/Vape Specialist, you will guide and educate customers about tobacco harm reduction, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate the working of a product, features, and maintenance of devices to customers, troubleshoot products, and communicate solutions to customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide and educate customers about tobacco harm reduction
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Must be flexible in work location
- Provide courteous and prompt service
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist team members and contribute to a positive and productive team environment
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Demonstrate the working of a product, features and maintenance of devices to customers
- Respond to customer requests and concerns in a professional manner
- Ability to troubleshoot products and communicate solutions to customers
- Adhere to and participate in team projects, assignments, and events
- Adhere to company policies, vision and core values

**Skill Requirements**:

- Prior sales experience (1 year minimum)
- Prior customer service experience (2 years minimum)
- Proven record in providing great customer service
- Vaping tech knowledge (Electronic Cigarettes/Vaping Accessories) is a MUST
- Ability to understand customer needs and sell suitable products based on their requirements
- Ability to understand and learn technical product knowledge
- Impeccable manners, grooming and interactive people skills
- Excellent personal organization and time management skills
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team
- Ability to work flexible hours and day
- Capacity to work under pressure in high paced environment
- Fun energetic personality
- Quick learner and motivated
- Sales & Cash Register Experience
- Available Evenings and Weekends
- Must have Reliable Transportation
- Can Pass a Background Check
- Must be Over the Age of 18 to Apply
