**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Report to the Director, New Business Development.
- Promote AMA Insurance products to members through coordinated outbound calls and inbound sales queue.
- Effectively articulate product and pricing explanations to members in a simple, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Provide courteous, professional, and timely service in all member interactions.
- Attend scheduled training sessions to advance product knowledge.

**W**HAT YOU’VE DONE**
- You have a grade 12 diploma; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Sales experience is required; phone sales/call center experience is an asset.
- Insurance experience preferred.
- You have strong communication and documentation skills.
