This position is accountable for prospecting, developing, and maintaining both new and existing Dealer customers and target Dealer accounts. Focus will be on achieving financial and sales goals by devising, implementing, and executing appropriate programs and processes to achieve the objectives set forth on an ongoing basis.

Contact principal, interface avec les comptes des concessionnaires sur le marché québécois.
Ressource PBE de la division - Interne et externe. Collaborer et agir comme intermédiaire entre les comptes des concessionnaires et le personnel sur le terrain de Sherwin-Williams.
Soutenir et promouvoir les programmes et promotions spécifiques à la division.
Accroître les initiatives Sherwin-Williams par l’entremise du segment des concessionnaires.
Aider les équipes de terrain à soutenir les comptes clés du des magasins détenus par la Société.
Développer une stratégie pour augmenter les ventes et les bénéfices auprès des clients clés, opportunités, clients nouveaux et existants et identifier les articles ou catégories de produits qui nécessitent une attention particulière à l'appui de cette stratégie.
Déterminer où se situe le client dans le processus de vente global et quelles étapes sont nécessaires pour faire avancer le processus.
Connaissance des activités et des avantages concurrentiels de Sherwin-Williams.
Veiller à ce que Sherwin-Williams respecte ses engagements négociés.
Gestion des profits et pertes.
S'engager avec le directeur régional des ventes pour établir une communication régulière avec les différents niveaux des comptes clients.
Établir et développer en permanence des relations avec les principaux membres de la direction au sein des comptes clients.
Former les équipes locales sur les procédures appropriées liées au service continu et au support des comptes clients.
Capacité à discuter des principaux indicateurs opérationnels de Sherwin-Williams au compte client et aux équipes internes de Sherwin-Williams.
Veiller à ce que les comptes des concessionnaires reçoivent le même niveau de soutien, de surveillance et d'engagement de la part de Sherwin-Williams.
Guider toutes les parties prenantes des comptes clients à travers le développement de comptes, le développement de processus, la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et l'amélioration continue.
Exécuter un plan d'affaires et une approche stratégique pour les comptes clients ainsi que la documentation SFDC.
