**Project/Program Manager** **- Integrated Programs (Home Health)**

**Reporting to our Director of Clinical Service Design you will be an integral part of our Home Health Ontario business development team. Your contributions can directly result in implementation of innovative programs to deliver better care to clients.**

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- You will be engaged with our Business Development team, Operations leaders and our key external partners to design and implement innovative, integrated programs that deliver on CBI Health’s Purpose, Promise and Values
- Your days are full of action and you are in constant communication with the Home Health team and CBI Health corporate support teams to ensure successful delivery of multiple business development projects in various project phases:

- You have a clear sight of the progress made and the upcoming activities. You know when the project is progressing smoothly and when the project needs course correction. You use project management tools and practices to make sure the project achieves the intended outcomes and delivers on CBI Health’s unique value proposition in support of health system partners;
- You make connections between active projects to support stakeholders to take advantage of synergies to increase effectiveness and efficiency;
- You use sound judgement to proactively manage risk and resolve issues;
- You communicate project status in a clear and concise way, as written report or verbal discussion. You create dashboard and executive reports to bring insight and support decision making;
- You are the trusted advisor and a champion of project management practices,.

**Here’s what you’ll need to be successful**
- Prior experience in health care;
- Prior experience in program design and/or process design;
- Experience leading projects using project management best practices
- You can work independently and as part of a team and you thrive in a fast moving and deadline-oriented workplace
- You take initiative and you follow through so you can manage, prioritize and complete the work assigned to you by several colleagues
- You’re an analytical thinker and a problem solver who can easily respond to multiple diverse and shifting challenges while meeting your deadlines without compromising quality
- You have superior organization skills for project planning and assigning work to your team members
- You’re known for your excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you have a strong sensitivity to the changing healthcare environment in Ontario
- You are looking to mature your project management skills and deepen project management awareness in those you work with.
