Front Desk Receptionist / Admin:

- Answering phones, booking/canceling appointments
- Preparing real estate offers, listings, general real estate related forms
- Input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, price changes, extensions on listings etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions into Lonewolf software
- Upload listings on MLS / Changing status etc.
- Must have great understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Know basics of Adobe & Photoshop etc.
- Be confident in a fast past environment
- Be a hard worker and able to work in a team as well as by yourself
- Must have good English Written & Verbal skills
- Must have professional telephone manners
- Knowledge of TREB, RECO, MLS, Lonewolf an asset
- Telemarketing experience an asset
- Other duties as assigned
- Hours: 10-6
