Office Services Lead

As Office Services Lead, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning and appearance of the office through the diligent management of all administrative and facilities needs. This position currently has one direct report (receptionist) and may be required to cover the duties of that direct report in their absence. The role reports to the HR function.
**Primary Scope of Role**
- Facility management including liaising with property management and service providers.
- Key and access card control.
- Reception including mail/courier coordination, and meeting room bookings.
- Stationery, office, and kitchen supplies ordering and inventory administration.
- Catering for internal meetings and events.
- Company event support and organization.
- Location specific Health & Safety (in collaboration with HSE team).
- Office aesthetic.
- Workstation/office allocation and floorplan maintenance.
- Office administrative procedures.
- GIP onsite café (vendor management).
**Position Requirements**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Post-secondary education in office administration or hospitality.
- Past experience and success in an office management role.
- Competent people leader.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle during working hours.
