**Internal Sales Representative**

AMAX Leather Canada is a supplier of premium leather furniture to the North American Market. We are committed to providing quality products and amazing styles.Our strategic partner in China, who has more than 20 years of experience in the furniture industry, gives us complete control of our supply chain. We have warehouses in the USA & Canada, and with this you can count on Amax to meet every leather upholstery need in a timely fashion.

Our collections are all about great designs, brilliant leather finishes, and quality construction. We use trusted suppliers and premium components. Our team of talented designers are always busy bringing new designs to life, and we always look to exceed our own expectations.
- **Please note that this position is for someone who is willing to put efforts to get more sales in order to receive more commissions. **_
- **The salary structure is $18/hour + commissions.**_

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting and communicating with furniture retailers
- Prepare sales orders and track orders
- Communicating with dealers and Logistics companies on delivery and warehouse pick-ups
- Creating sales and marketing materials such as catalogs, market/event invitations, price sheets, and PowerPoint presentations
- Working with other sales reps on product development; which includes, selecting products and quantities for various programs
- Creating sales reports and to keep track of our new products
- Forecasting sales growth and accomplishes department objectives by organizing and refining work processes
- Managing and tracking custom order processing status
- Creating dealer profiles, checking stock for dealers, invoicing, and arranging order pick up
- Utilize our CRM software to help keep track of pipeline activity
- Follow up with new accounts to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Accurately report sales activity daily to manager
- 40% travelling required (US and Canada)

**Qualifications**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly detail oriented and able to multitask
- Good Organizational skills
- Be able to think critically when presented with a difficult task
- Minimum 1 year in a sales role OR minimum 3 years in a customer facing role
- B2B or B2C experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
