**Aftermarket Sales Representative**
We are a division within Leavitt Machinery’s parts department and looking to hire a customer service or sales professional for an inside sales role in Langley (Port Kells), BC.
**Department Overview**
We’re a sales office focused on selling forklift, telehandler and aerial lift parts. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, which sets us apart as leaders in the parts industry.

**Position Overview**
This position will start on our inbound team with the opportunity to develop into an outbound sales role, taking your career to new heights within our organization.
**As an Inside sales rep you will**:
- Identify new business through prospecting and cold calls
- Manage inbound leads and care for existing customers
- Understand customer needs, educate on options, and offer solutions
- Manage customer relations throughout the entire sales cycle
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate across departments to enhance customer relations
- Lead quarterly trips to key customers and prospects in your territory
- Acquire product knowledge on all types of material handling equipment and attachments
- Focuses on building customer relationships
- Enjoys challenges and solving problems
- Proactively creates solutions when issues arise
- Pays close attention to detail
- Has a positive attitude with an ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated with a proven track record of success
- Thrives in a team-based organizational culture
**Nice to have, but not mandatory**:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment
- Post-secondary education
- Knowledge of machinery and working parts
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office
