Are you a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for driving customer experience and revenue growth? MASV is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in mining the user base of trial and expired users, driving product learnings, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

**What you can expect to do**:

- Identify and engage with trial and expired users to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback. Drive future revenue growth with all.
- Develop strategies with Customer Success leadership to drive user engagement, product adoption, and revenue generation within each unique user segments.
- Collaborate and provide insights to the leader of Customer Success to implement initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive long-term value.
- Proactively reach out to users to provide guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success with MASV.io.
- Drive retention and renewal efforts by building strong relationships with users and demonstrating the value of our platform.
- Become a MASV master at solving problems and making things right for our customers at each step of their user journey.
- Demo MASV to interested customers / existing customers

**Here's what we're looking for**:

- You are customer obsessed and want churned, existing, and new MASV customers to get the most out of the MASV platform.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and a passion for technology and innovation.
- You’re a problem-solver and always come up with creative solutions to get results. You love making things happen.

**Nice to have**:

- Technical and Hubspot experience is a plus.
- Experience in the media and entertainment industry
