Spirits of Belmont is looking for a motivated, team-oriented **Team Lead for the evening shift**.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain a high quality of service to the public
- Ensure the store is clean and organized
- Responsible for stocking merchandise in the retail and back stock area
- Conduct and direct inventory audits
- Closing duties include some cash management and alarming the store
- Supervision of 2 - 3 employees

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum 1 year Liquor Store experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail and customer service
- Experience in supervising employees (considered an asset)
- Ability to work under AGLC rules (18+ in age and up to date Pro-Serve training)

**Skills & Knowledge**
- General knowledge of wine, beer and spirits
- Knowledge and practice of point of sale system
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
