**Role**:
The ES Counsellor reports to the Team Lead, Complaint Resolution/Special Investigations and Inspections Unit.

ES is looking for an individual who is passionate about service excellence. You have strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills, an eye for meticulous detail and an ability to juggle multiple tasks.

As an ES Counsellor you are responsible for administrative support & services, complaint processing, and information gathering. You will use information processing skills and strong knowledge of related software programs to create, store, format, retrieve, and share data.

You will be responsible for:

- Collecting and processing all incoming complaints received online, by fax and mail.
- Conducting accurate and detailed searches and complaint summary.
- Opening files using the DASH enterprise system
- Analyzing and interpreting data received from incoming complaints.
- Personal integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- The ability to work within a minimum amount of supervision
- Good organizational and time management skills

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma and four years of related experience is required.

**Equivalency**: Directly related experience or education considered on the basis of: one year of experience for one year of education or one year of education for one year of experience.

- Strong organizational skills, exceptional time management and flexibility to balance the routine tasks with other emergent, competing or urgent demands.

$2,042.85 - $2,511.73 biweekly ($53,318.38 - $65,556.15 / year)
