**Responsibilities**:
**In Summary**:Meet or exceed the target sales per rep hour, while adhering to the talking script, in an enthusiastic and positive manner.
- Engage with potential customers in their homes or businesses, presenting and demonstrating the unique features and benefits of our [product/service].
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers by establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and delivering a personalized sales experience.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Effectively manage time and resources to optimize productivity and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward goals.
- Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continually enhance product knowledge, industry insights, and sales skills.
- Provide feedback and market intelligence to the sales management team, contributing to the ongoing improvement of sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with tact and diplomacy, working to find mutually beneficial solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door or direct sales, is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed and grow professionally.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple competing demands.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer literacy.
- Functioning mobile phone with sufficient battery/data
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
