Position: Computer & Network Technician

Location: Division Office - Winnipeg Based

Start Date: As soon as possible

FTE: 8 Hours/Day, 5 Days/Week, 12 Months

Term of Employment: Term to June 30, 2025

**Salary**: $27.11/hour to $30.98/hour

Unionized/Non-Unionized: Non-Unionized

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- An appropriate technology designation (A+) or equivalent experience
- Must be eligible to work in Canada with a valid Manitoba driver’s license
- One year experience in a network environment
- A self-motivated individual who strives to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and document procedural routines
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physically able to perform assigned duties (loading/unloading and lifting up to 20 kgs)
- Ability to travel extensively, including overnight and flexible work hours as necessary.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provides End-User technical support in educational and administrative environments
- Implements information technologies to address identified and approved needs
- Installs and maintains network infrastructure devices
- Maintains Area systems documentation
- Maintains inventory of Area hardware and software
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: $27.11-$30.98 per hour
