**Position: Office Administrative Assistant, Part-time or Full-time Position available**

**Reports to: Manager/Head Technician**

**Bayview Home Appliance Centre is an appliance service company, serving the York Region Community for over 25 years. We offer our customers quality repair and maintenance services for all major household appliances. We are currently seeking a part-time or full-time outgoing, proactive, reliable individual to work within a small team to assist in office tasks.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer, filter and forward phone calls
- Parts inventory, tracking, recording, and placing correctly in warehouse
- Data Entry
- Processing manufacturing and warranty claims with different manufacturers
- Manage and organize office files and paperwork
- Maintain office area neat and ensure supplies are always in stock
- Complete other administrative work to support office members and operational requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in office administration required
- Great communication skills, both written and spoken
- Able to provide outstanding customer service, over the phone and in person
- Proven experience with MS Office Software (Excel, Word, etc)
- Great time management skills/ multi tasking is a MUST
- Positive, teachable attitude
- Reliable, hardworking individual
- Flexible schedule
- Knowledge about appliances and parts is an asset, but not required. Training will be provided
- Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
