Accident Management Specialist

Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Accident Management Specialist based in our Mississauga, ON or Laval, ON Locations.
What will you do?
Daily claims intake on dedicated Accident Management Queue
Gather information by telephone or electronically and review incoming claims to facilitate and dispatch as needed.
Provide guidance to drivers and clients throughout the claims life cycle
Provides accurate documentation on all claims and repair events.
Proactively monitor repair/claim progress and expedites as appropriate.
Reviews and issues purchase orders & payments to national account providers and independent repair facilities
Liaison with Insurers to report new claims, confirm coverages, submit documentation
Proactively monitor subrogation and recovery progress and expedites as appropriate.
Adhere to client policy and parameters by communicating effectively with all parties involved.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Bilingual French/English a must
3 + years’ experience in the automotive or insurance industry
