**About Us**: Join our project management-driven law firm in Meadowvale, as we seek a dedicated and experienced Accident Benefits Law Clerk. With a team of 12, you will manage 75-90 files, offering competitive salary and medical benefits. Salary is dependent on experience and a $5,000 signing bonus for immediate starters after completion of a 3 month probationary period.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our accident benefits department team.
- Engage in client and other law firm/insurance company communications.
- Prepare LAT documentation for serious motor vehicle cases.
- Utilize our proprietary case management software and adjust to our project management system.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of **accident benefit clerk** experience.
- Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a steady-paced, multi-tasking environment with a team.
- Knowledge of Filevine, would be a definite asset but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
