**Settlement Equity Collective Project Coordinator**

TNO - The Neighbourhood Organization (TNO) is a well-established community-based social and health service agency providing a wide range of programs and services supporting low-income and newcomer communities across Ontario and sometimes across different provinces through online services and referrals. We seek a **Settlement Equity Collective Project Coordinator** to join our team in a **full-time contract** role. TNO is a great place to work and we make a difference in the communities we serve.

You will succeed in this role with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Services, and Community Development or any related field. You have demonstrated experience working with diverse communities, particularly racialized populations, in the non-profit sector and some experience with IRCC funding processes. You are familiar with program logic models, monitoring, and evaluation and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Screening** - As a condition of employment, the successful applicant must complete a Vulnerable Sector Screening.

**Job Type**: Full-time (35 hours per week) contract position until July 31, 2024

**Schedule**: 35 hours per week within TNO’s working hours of Monday - Saturday with some evenings and weekends
