**Description**

Micco is looking for someone with Beverage and Alcohol industry knowledge, who can assist in the development of strategic marketing plans, implementation, and execution of those strategic marketing plans for the beverage and alcohol businesses within the Micco organization. This position will additionally manage social media strategy and implementation. Working closely with the marketing creative team to ensure customer experiences are in line with brand standards.

Working out of our Bedford office you will participate in annual strategic planning as well as event planning and implementation with the intention of building long term customer engagement and growth.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic online and to our stores
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Track and tweak strategy based on competitive activity when necessary
- Identify and adapt to current in market trends
- Work closely with the marketing creative team to build out long term assets to maximize efficiency
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, leveraging our products and services
- Work closely with product team on long term planning - ensuring product is in line and supporting products will be available.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working within Beverage / Alcohol Industry an asset
- Ability to grasp future trends in Beverage and Alcohol categories
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
