Imperial Dade Canada, leading national distributor, has a job open in Montreal. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee issues related to HR Programs. Their work is often focused on improving HR policies, programs, and practices and recommending changes to HR management. To ensure efficient operations, HR coordinators perform a substantial amount of research, data analysis, and reporting as it relates to employee productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Faciliter les processus touchant les ressources humaines.
- Administrer les régimes d’assurance-maladie et d’assurance-salaire du personnel (CNESST, WSIB, WCB, ICD, ILD).
- Mettre en place à l’intention de l’ensemble du personnel de solides programmes d’assurance-maladie et d’assurance-salaire, de reconnaissance du personnel, de diversité, d’équité et d’inclusion, etc.
- Effectuer des recherches et des analyses portant sur les meilleurs programmes pratiques et formuler des recommandations à l’intention des chefs des RH.
- Administrer le programme de subvention aux études.
- Assurer le lien entre le personnel et les assureurs.
- Résoudre les problèmes touchant les prestations.
- Veiller à l’utilisation efficace des régimes dans le contexte des programmes et des services des RH.
- Administrer les régimes d’assurance-maladie et d’assurance-salaire, y compris les adhésions, les modifications et les résiliations.
- Répondre aux demandes et aux questions du personnel touchant les programmes.
- Participer aux processus d’embauche des nouveaux membres du personnel.
- Rapprocher les relevés d’avantages sociaux.
- Procéder à des vérifications des prestations, de même que d’autres programmes des RH, et recommander des correctifs.
- Participer au processus d’évaluation du rendement.
- Préparer les communications de l’équipe des RH.
- Réviser les politiques et les mettre en œuvre le cas échéant.
- Assurer la formation et faciliter la mise en œuvre des programmes.
- Tenir à jour les données sur les congés dans le SIRH.

- Facilitating human resources processes
- Administering employee health and welfare plans (CNESST, WSIB, WCB, STD, LTD)
- Building a strong program base for all employees such as Health & Wellness, Employee Recognition, DE & I etc.
- Research, Analyze and Recommendations to HR leaders for best in practice programs
- Administering Educational Subsidy program
- Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers
- Resolving benefits-related problems
- Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
- Administering health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Answering employee requests and questions relating to programs
- Assisting with new employee hiring processes
- Reconciling benefits statements
- Conducting audits of benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions
- Assisting with the performance review processes
- Communications from HR team
- Policy revision, and rollout as needed
- HR training and facilitation on program rollout
- Maintaining the on-leave process within HRIS

**Qualifications**:
French
- Expérience avérée comme spécialiste des RH ou dans un poste pertinent d’administration/de gestion des RH
