**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain consistency and excellence in food and service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading by example and motivating team members to excel.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and company guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community to enhance the restaurant's reputation and drive business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment, preferably within the Italian cuisine segment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ProServe certification
