**About the Position**:
Terra is seeking a highly organized and focused individual to join our team in document production and control in a full-time capacity at our downtown Victoria office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Document production and control is expected to uphold the quality and integrity of all the company’s written material including reports, forms, internal documents, etc.

**Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Miscellaneous content creation while upholding company style, layout, and formatting standards.
- Copy editing, including proofreading, and fact-checking.
- Creating and maintaining forms and templates for company-wide use.
- Overseeing company-wide electronic file standards and file organization.
- Enforcing document standards and version control.
- Maintaining databases/spreadsheets/documents/binders for tracking projects and documents.
- Assisting project managers with document creation, formatting, copy editing, revision, and production.
- Maintaining a variety of company policies and procedures manuals.

Duties associated with this position will adjust to meet evolving demands within the company. Confidentiality, diplomacy, and tact are critical, as is the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

**Education**:Bachelor’s in English or an administrative-related diploma is an asset but not required.

**Experience**:2 years in a similar position required.
