Your team:
Michelin's Magog office has a large HR team (called Michelin's Personnel Department) of over 10 employees to support the teams at our corporate sites in Quebec (Magog and Laval).
More specifically, the team in which you will evolve is made up of 7 people, who mainly support the 300 employees in Magog. This team reports to the head of Personnel Services (PS) and works closely with the various members of Michelin North America's SP team (development partners, consultants, recruiters, etc.).
Your role:
We need you for:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, facilitate sessions and update the program;
- Ensure deployment of Michelin employee programs and initiatives (e.g. Michelin MFT Annual Engagement Survey);
- Lead or participate in certain corporate site improvement projects related to the employee experience, and ensure the governance and optimization of committees that contribute to this experience;
- Support the implementation of Michelin policies;
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on the internship program and coordinate and lead job fairs and events to attract talent;
- Collect and analyze data related to identified performance indicators;
- Manage government requests (e.g. provincial training legislation, equity studies, francization, etc.);
- Contribute to SP consultants in their respective areas of responsibility: transformation/change management, employee engagement/loyalty, talent management and benefits coordination.
What do you need to possess for being successful?
- You are a recent graduate or have up to 3 years' experience following the completion of a college diploma in human resources management;
- You are familiar with the employee experience and have already collaborated on related creative projects;
- You are agile, with a positive, collaborative and proactive approach;
- You are committed to providing excellent service to internal customers and are comfortable leading meetings;
- You are a self-starter with good organizational skills, attention to detail and time management;
- You have good analytical skills and a good command of Excel and the Office suite;
- You are at ease in a bilingual environment (French and English), so that you can communicate both orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners;
- You are occasionally available to visit our colleagues at the Laval site.
