Our products are offered in a variety of popular forms - including softgel and hard-shell capsules, as well as traditional tablets. We also offer custom manufacturing, private labeling, and testing services for retailers, resellers, and manufacturers.
We are planning to hire a **Sales Administrative Assistant** to join **the Sales Team.**
**Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5 pm.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, utilizing bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
- Prepare export documents and facilitate product registration for international markets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and track the delivery of merchandise to international destinations.
- Create invoices, sales reports, and letters, utilizing bilingual skills to communicate effectively with Korean-speaking clients.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders to arrange efficient shipping processes and resolve any logístical issues.
- Enter client information into the computer system accurately and process orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare financial statements and account summaries for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Some post-secondary education in business, marketing, sales, or related disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to effectively interact with Korean-speaking clients.
- Proficiency in electronic presentation/report formats (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong customer service mindset, time management abilities, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Potential to grow into a Sales Account Manager role, demonstrating exceptional performance and aptitude.
