**Summary**:
We’re looking for a talented senior leader to join our executive team as we move into our next phase of rapid growth. As the CRO of Ontario Solar Provider (OSP) you will work alongside a team of seasoned entrepreneurs and will help OSP to achieve our growth objectives. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer, and lead the marketing & business development team of OSP.
**Job duties**:
- Overseeing all revenue generating activities and sales of our enterprise in North America and Europe
- Overseeing all marketing initiatives for renewable energy projects both domestically and abroad
- Managing and directing our marketing and sales teams in Canada and Germany
- Overseeing the digitization of Ontario Solar Provider Inc
- Creating a strategic roadmap for the extension of our business into Latin America and finding local points of contact to kick off this new business venture
- Setting strategic objectives for our business with respect to sales growth, market expansion and suggesting possible targets for mergers and/or acquisitions of solar providers
- Reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors on ongoing operational progress and challenges;
- Participating in weekly executive sessions in person and attending quarterly planning sessions in Canada and abroad
- Travelling to our subsidiaries, clients and suppliers to win new business and further accelerate our growth
**Skills Required**:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or an MBA
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior-management or executive role, setting high-level strategic objectives for business growth and development
- Leadership experience of recruiting and managing strong teams from a variety of backgrounds
- Experience working in the European and North American markets
- Experience with solar project management or experience in a high-tech environment
- Experience managing diverse business and tech teams in multiple markets
- Readiness to travel up to 6 months per year
- Entrepreneurship and/or startup experience is a huge plus
