Your role as a Project Manager at FTEX is key to establishing ourselves as leaders in Quebec’s EV space. Come and join our Montreal team and play a critical role in delivering a world-class product to our clients throughout North America and the world

**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify solutions to ensure project success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to project team members.
- Monitor project progress and report on project status, ensuring alignment with project goals.

**Your Background**
- Education lin a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning and execution.
- Strong autonomy and leadership skills for managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Teamwork oriented and a strong sense of leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) is a plus.
- Experience in the electric vehicle, automotive, or technology industries is a plus.
