**A TYPICAL DAY IN THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DEPARTMENT AT ICENTIA?**:
You will answer patient calls, including information on facilities and problem solving

You will take care of the creation / reception of new customers (creation of organizations and user accounts according to their needs, providing general information on the ordering process, contact details for assistance, etc.)

You will manage service tickets according to the processes of the customer service department

You will follow up with patients for the return of late recorders

You will follow up and document the comments and complaints reported (return of goods, request for credits, non-conformities)

You will be involved in other related tasks

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**:
College diploma or relevant experience

3 years of customer service experience in a regulated environment

Excellent communication skills

Oral and written trilingualism (clients across Canada, the UK and the USA)

Teamwork skills, team spirit

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Attention to detail and rigor in getting the job done

Experience in customer service in the medical field (an asset)

Knowledge of ticket management software (an asset)
