**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Project Coordinator is the primary point-person and customer contact, responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time in accordance with specifications. The Project Coordinator will define project requirements and scope within the manufacturing process, working with other project resources, and supervise the efforts of all parties to achieve the dates required.

The Project Coordinator will provide efficient delivery of project deliverables, effective quality control, and clear communication of expectations to all stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will ensure smooth and constant communication between the Project Team members, the Customer, Production, and Shipping.

The Project Coordinator will ensure timely accurate detailing and schedules are followed and maintain all documentation required throughout the lifecycle of the project while relaying these to the customer.

**POSITION FUNCTIONS**
- Full coordination between, sales, site, agents, production and shipping on multiple projects
- Review all contract documents, scope of work and latest updates both internal and external.
- Develop in conjunction with engineering department and maintain the shop drawings process.
- Review shop drawings/detail sheets for general conformance and review with engineering to move products into production.
- Attend online customer meetings as required for the project.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed to stay on track.
- Produce monthly project status reports for all customers.
- The above functions to be prepared on multiple projects.

**PRIOR WORK & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Education or experience in electrical distribution or manufacturing an asset.
- 2+ years of direct work experience in project coordination and or customer service
- Demonstrated success in project delivery and execution of project coordination methods.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, multitasker with the ability to set and manager priorities
- AutoCAD is an asset.
- MS Office experience required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
