London, Canada Trojan Technologies Full time

At Trojan Technologies, we believe there’s nothing more essential than delivering clean water to the world. That’s especially true in this critical moment, when the world’s supply of clean water is under substantial stress due to industrialization, increasing demand, and rising biological and chemical contamination. Our mission is to stem that tide: to ensure greater water confidence and environmental stewardship for people, industries, and municipalities, improving the lives of over one billion people globally.

As part of our global team, you’ll work alongside customers from municipalities to pharmaceutical and food and beverage companies to build creative, sustainable solutions. You’ll also find a welcoming and supportive team that listens to your ideas and allows you to follow your strengths. All of us feel privileged to work on innovative technologies that bring clean water to the world—we hope you will, too.

Trojan is proud to be one of Danaher's Water Quality companies. Motivated by the highest possible stakes of climate change and global health, we’re working together within a rapidly digitizing industry to find innovative technologies that guarantee the safety of our water and our environment.

**The Opportunity**:
Trojan Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Controls Specialist to join our team in London, Ontario. This is a hybrid position - the incumbent can anticipate working 3 days per week on site and 2 days from home.

If are experienced with PLC, and you want to find yourself in an environment that challenges you, while rewarding you for your electrical/technical customer support skills, and you are looking for a place to grow, this could be the job for you

What Will I Be Doing?

While the position is a hybrid model, 90% of your “on site” days will be at our Trojan Technologies office on Gore Road in London, with 10% of your “on site” days being at a customer’s site to work on a project tailored to a specific location. There is also opportunity (maybe 10% of the time) to travel across North America for training/learning or to provide support at an alternative Trojan office or customer site.

What Qualifications Do I Need?

You are experienced with PLC and have an aptitude for instrumentation/computer programming.

Prior experience in a front-facing customer service role - we especially want to hear from you if you have previously resolved technical issues for customers

You consider yourself an expert at communicating technical terms in non-technical language.

What Will Make Me Stand Out?

You’re self-directed and you take initiative; you are resilient, and an expert at managing a busy workload with multiple priorities.

You’re a go-getter and “lifelong learner” who is motivated by satisfied customers and a job well done.

**The Perks**:
Full benefits including medical & dental, performance-based bonuses, a Wellbeing Program, Group RSP, and Pension Plan (with employer matching). And don’t forget that your work and contributions will directly help to ensure water quality for people around the world - talk about feeling good about what you do

When you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 80,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win. As an associate, you’ll try new things, work hard, and advance your skills with guidance from dedicated leaders, all with the support of powerful Danaher Business System tools and the stability of a tested organization.

At Danaher, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve. Our associates, customers and shareholders contribute unique and different perspectives as a result of these diverse attributes.

If you’ve ever wondered what’s within you, there’s no better time to find out.
