**Job Description**:
What you'll be doing

Direct Financial Services (DFS) provides personal and business clients across Canada with direct-to-consumer products and services through a strong network of sites and Contact Centers. Lines of business include; CIBC Investor’s Edge and Simplii Financial. DFS priorities are aligned to CIBC’s priorities to focus on our clients, innovate for the future, and simplify our bank.

The Consultant will develop strategies for effective execution of mass and targeted digital marketing campaigns. This includes mapping end-to-end digital client journeys to identify improvement opportunities by segments and channels to ensure campaign communications are timely and relevant for clients. The Consultant will also drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency and effectiveness by maintaining and scaling best practices to maximize digital campaign outcomes and priorities.

How you'll succeed

Enhance clients’ experiences, deepen relationships with clients, and increase revenue by:
- Understanding digital campaign communication platforms and capabilities- Leveraging data to develop recommendations for digital campaigns by Simplii products and client segments- Preparing strategies for optimal end-to-end journeys by segments for digital campaigns- Identifying channel and personalization enhancements- Collaborate with partners to implement strategic roadmaps and improve business results- Act as the key driver for the successful adoption of new processes, technology, and frameworks- Seek and implement industry best practices for Agile Marketing Delivery and Testing & Optimizations- Develop and maintain robust documentation around digital journeys and digital marketing capabilities- Analyze reports and dashboards that capture all campaigns and provide recommendations on process improvements. This includes managing and improving the Simplii’s digital tools (e.g. JIRA) and overall operations efficiency- Work closely with a cross-functional team to plan and deliver Simplii’s digital campaign plan, including facilitating and recording regular feedback and campaign retrospectives from all stakeholders while ensuring identified optimizations and best practices are shared and scaled across teams

Who you are- University degree, and/or equivalent work experience- Experience with executing and managing digital sales roadmaps- Seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies and can easily adapt to new tools and trends- Analytic skills including a track record of making recommendations based on data driven business insights- Experienced with tools to understand and optimize the client journey, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, and JIRA- Ability to partner and work closely with internal and external business partners to assess and recommend plans of action- Agile/ Adaptable and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working in ambiguous situations- Enjoys making sense of information and confident in your ability to communicate detailed information in an actionable way
