Sommaire du poste
- Assumer la responsabilité des activités liées à l’entreposage et aux expéditions/réceptions pour les usines de Saint-Eustache et du Tennessee (É-U).
- Responsable pour l’optimisation des entrepôts ainsi que la gestion du transport et de la distribution aux succursales de Bain Magique qui inclus l’exportation aux États-Unis.
- Implanter des stratégies permettant d’améliorer les pratiques actuelles afin d'obtenir des performances de classe mondiale en matière de livraison aux clients et d'entreposage en fixant des normes et des objectifs élevés et en veillant à ce qu'ils soient atteints.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience dans la gestion de centres de distribution multiples
- Expérience dans les domaines du transport et des livraisons en succursale
- Diplôme en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, ou dans un domaine pertinent pour ce poste, ou un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en gestion des opérations, transport ou logistique
- 5 années d’expérience pertinente
- Expérience dans la gestion d’équipe
- Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion d’entrepôt (WMS)
- Logiciel de planification des ressources d'entreprise (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

Conditions de travail spécifiques au poste
- Voyage à l'usine du Tennessee une semaine tous les deux mois

- Job Summary
- Responsable for warehousing and shipping/receiving activities for both the St-Eustache and Tennessee (USA) manufacturing plants.
- Warehouse optimization as well as the trucking and distribution to Bath Fitter stores which includes exports to the USA.
- Implementation of strategies to elevate current practices in order to bring world-class performance in customer delivery and warehousing practices by setting high standards and goals and ensuring that these are achieved.

Job Requirements
- Experience with multiple distribution center management
- Experience involving trucking and store deliveries.
- Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain, or relevant field to this position or a diploma of college studies (DEC) in operations management, transportation or logistics
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in team management
- Experience with WMS systems
- ERP Software (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
